We are specialist in Design and build for INDUSTRIAL OVENS and BATCH OVENS (WALK-IN) which widely used in many industries such as medical, semiconductors, plastic manufacturing instrumentations manufacturing and etc. for tests and process of manufacture: electronics, car, plastic, rubber, glass, mechanics, cement factory,chemistry, paper mill, and etc. Their main objective of using Ovens are for drying, curing, polymerization vulcanization, pre-heating, heat treatment, ageing of components, annealing process and so on. The temperature can be designed from room temperature to 300°C. We are able to design based on customer’s products to fulfill their process cycle time and requirement. Standard sizes from 70 liters to walk-in size, but they are generally adapted to treated parts. We manufacture special ovens of more than 20m3.

Besides, we also design and build for CONVEYOR OVENS which can come with some automations process and testing procedures to fulfill customer’s continuous testing process. We will always prioritize customers’ main objectives and design to suite their process.

The outer casing is made of steel plate, finished in a tough epoxy paint (white, Black and Red colors)
The inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, bright polished.
